Saul Davis - Advocate & Notary Public

ABOUT

Saul Davis,
MA LLB

I am a lawyer with more than twenty years of legal experience.

My legal career started as clerk to Judge Amnon Cohen in the Jerusalem Shalom Court and in private law offices in the capital. For four years I worked as a legal advisor at the Histadrut in Tel Aviv and in Beer-Sheva. I worked briefly at the Police legal department as a prosecutor.

Since the year 2000, I have managed my own legal practice. Most of my clients are English speakers or Israeli looking for legal services in English.

I have extensive experience representing private and commercial clients in employment law, bankruptcy, litigation and in the drafting and reviewing of English language documents.

I specialise in criminal defence work (including white collar crime and tax). I accept cases from the local Public Defender's Office representing indigent clients mostly substance abusers and those with mental health problems and in particular I represent foreign prisoners at the Parole Board.

I am also a notary public and I translate and legalise documents for dispatch abroad.

I am a judge in the Law Society Disciplinary Tribunal, chairman of the Employment Appeals Tribunal and a public representative in the Labour Court.

I also volunteer as legal advisor for several non-profit organisations. I provide a personalized and orderly service, and I am committed to providing the highest quality legal advice and representation.
